Thelma Mills also known as "Sidu Faafe", was a WEC International Missionary that came to Guinea-Bissau in October 20th, 1962. She was taught Balanta language by Sister Loida Intchuda. Missionary Thelma started the New Testamente translation in Balanta in Lendem, in 1965, with the helped of sister Loida . So, the Evangelical Church in Guinea-Bissau published that New Testament in 2012. Now Thelma is retired in her country, England.
